"Psychodrama" or "drama therapy" is the practice of psychotherapy integrated with interventions from theatre and performing arts. I am a theatre bug, and have experienced firsthand the transformative power of processing and healing through creative expression with professional guidance. It's also fun!

Parents are welcome to drop their children off for the session or wait in the office. Please note that the office may become a bit crowded if many parents choose to stay for the duration of the workshop.
